Data Protection

We use the data you provide to fulfill and process your order.

Should we have to carry the liability for the order, for example if invoice has been chosen as method of payment, then we reserve the right to protect our justifiable interests by obtaining a credit rating using the mathematical-statistics process from

infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstraße 99, 76532 Baden-Baden

In order to obtain this rating we transmit the necessary personal data to

infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstraße 99, 76532 Baden-Baden

and use the information we receive from them concerning the statistical probability of failure to pay as a fair basis for deciding on whether to enter into, continue or terminate contractual relationships with the customer.

The credit rating can include probability values (score values) which are established on the basis of scientifically recognized mathematical statistical methods which use among other things the address.  Your legitimate interests will be provided for in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The email address you have provided at the time of ordering will be used subsequently solely for our own advertising purposes in the form of our newsletter, provided that you specifically agreed to this by subscribing to our newsletter. The Use of Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Google+ Plugins

Our website uses so called social plugins („Plugins”) of the following social networks: Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter und Google+. These services are offered by Facebook Inc., Twitter Inc., Pinterest Inc. and Google Inc. („Providers”). Facebook is run by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). Google+ is run by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google”). Information on the Plugins and what they looked like can be found at: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins and https://developers.google.com/+/plugins

Twitter is run by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Fransisco, CA 94103. Information on the Twitter Buttons and what they look like can be found at: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons

If you access a page on our website which contains such a Plugin, then your browser will activate a direct connection to the Google or Facebook server. The content of the Plugin will be sent directly from each provider to your browser and placed on the page. By integrating the plugin the provider is informed that your browser has accessed a specific page on our website even if you don’t have a profile with the social network in question or are not logged in at the time. This information (including your IP address) is sent directly from your browser to the server of the provider in question in the USA and is saved there.

If you log into one of these social networks then the provider is able to assign your visit to our website to your profile by Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or Google+. If you interact with the Plugins, for example by using the “like” button or the “+1” button then the information will also be sent straight to one of the provider’s servers and saved there. The information will also be published in the social network and shared with your contacts.

Please refer to the provider to obtain information on why the provider collects the data and to what extent, as well as how it is processed and used by the provider and also your rights concerning this and what possibilities you have to adjust the options in order to protect your personal privacy.
